Christchurch, Hokkaido, Tokyo, Bangkok. It’s been a busy stretch of travel, with plenty of miles covered and even more conversations along the way!

With so much happening across TM HR Advisory & Coaching and TM HR Advisory & Coaching ANZ, these trips have been a chance to meet colleagues, exchange ideas and strengthen relationships in person.

During my time in Thailand, sharing meals and drinks with colleagues gave us space to talk beyond the immediate work at hand. These moments help build familiarity and trust, making communication smoother and more natural when we return to working online.

AI can provide answers quickly, but working well across countries and cultures still depends on relationships, trust and understanding between people.
