I’m pleased to share that from September 2026, I will be joining Global Leadership Solutions Co., Ltd (GLS) as a Global HR Consultant and Executive/Leadership Coach.

This role brings together two areas that have been central to my work: helping organisations address global HR challenges and working with leaders as they navigate increasingly complex business environments.

I look forward to contributing my experience across Japan, the U.S. and Southeast Asia while continuing to support organisations and leaders working across borders.

I’m grateful to the team at GLS for the opportunity and look forward to working together from September.
