A new chapter is beginning in New Zealand.

After years of working across different countries and cultures, I’m starting a new chapter that brings both business and life between Japan and New Zealand.

As I establish TM HR Advisory & Coaching ANZ in New Zealand, our primary focus will be supporting international students as they study in New Zealand and build their careers beyond graduation. We work with Japanese students as well as students from other countries, helping them make the most of their study experience and develop the skills and perspectives they need to succeed globally.

Alongside this, my work with organisations on global HR and cross-border workforce challenges will continue from Japan.

On the personal side, our family of five will begin a dual-residence lifestyle between Japan and New Zealand early next year. We’re looking forward to building connections in both places while experiencing the opportunities and perspectives that come with living across two countries.
