I’m pleased to share that TM HR Advisory & Coaching has now been officially established in New Zealand.

What began as a consulting practice focused on helping organisations align global strategy with local workforce realities is now entering a new chapter.

Alongside our HR advisory and consulting work, our primary focus in New Zealand will be supporting Japanese students through study abroad programmes, coaching and career development. This includes creating study opportunities for Japanese students in New Zealand, supporting them during their studies and daily life here, and providing career guidance before, during and after their overseas experience.

Having worked across different countries and cultures throughout my career, I have seen how valuable the right guidance and mentorship can be when navigating new environments and opportunities.

We are also expanding access to experiences beyond academics, including rugby, the arts and other activities that contribute to personal and professional growth. Over time, we hope to extend these programmes to students from other countries as well.

I’m excited about the possibilities this creates, both for organisations seeking practical HR support and for young people preparing to build their futures internationally.
