A.Of course we can. At the beginning of the project, we will interview the leaders of each business, key managers and employees to understand your business characteristics, circumstances, and how they work and feel challenged. By doing so, in comparison with other companies we have supported, we will clearly understand your characteristics and reflect them on the tasks and deliverables of the project.

Q.I would like to work on a project for an overseas subsidiary, but Japanese is difficult in the subsidiary, so please tell me how to address the language problem.

A.If the overseas subsidiary is better able to use English, we will go through a meeting during the project in both English and Japanese. (You will have a longer meeting time. In addition, if you have more than one language for a deliverable, a separate estimation of fee will be made.) Also, if the overseas subsidiary can't use English, interpretation of possible languages is required. We can arrange it if a client requests us.

Q.Is it possible to go the overseas subsidiary if the project situation requires?

A.Of course you can. Travel costs and accommodation will be charged separately (travel and accommodation levels are according to our regulations).

Q.I’m assuming the project is going beyond HR. Can you help us with that?

A.Please tell us first. If the project scope is beyond the area of HR and we do not have any knowledge of the area within our company, we will check with our partners to determine whether they can handle the project or not.

Q.I need to get through the project in a very hurry, is it available?

A.Please tell us first. We will consult with our business partners to discuss and respond to the situation by distributing more members than usual.

Q.What is the rate plan?

A.Since the amount of fee will change depending on the project scope and role, we will submit a quotation after we have inputs about the subject of the project, how to proceed, and so on.

Q.I have a very limited budget, is it possible to discuss the amount of fee?

A.Please tell us first. We can reduce fee by narrowing the scope of the project, creating some deliverables by yourself, or focusing on providing advice, etc.

Q.How can I receive deliverables?

A.We can provide any format, such as electronic files, media, or paper.

Q.What will you do if we are not satisfied with your deliverables?

A.If the agreement covers the area of the request, we will handle it until you are satisfied. If it is outside the scope of the agreement, we will again quote and continue to support you by identifying the corresponding scope.
