Supporting operations
We understand that expanding and stabilizing overseas operations is an essential mission for a global company. We also understand that the key to achieving this mission is the stable growth of national employees. On the other hand, we also understand that there are many companies who feel that the intentions of their headquarters are not being communicated to their overseas subsidiaries and national employees, and conversely, there are many companies that are concerned about high turnover rates and slow growth of their national employees due to a lack of visibility into the status and thoughts of their national employees.
We understand the thoughts and direction of the headquarters, and we can help them to understand the situation and thoughts of their overseas subsidiaries and national employees and support them in designing and implementing measures that take these into account. We help our clients resolve issues related to global human resources management by acting as a bridge between the headquarters and overseas subsidiaries and national employees.

MASSAGE
My name is Tomohiro Minami and I am the representative of TM HR Advisory & Coaching LLC.
It has been more than 50 years since global companies began to make serious inroads overseas. However, there are still very few cases where national Human Resources Management overseas is successfully managed, and national employees are developed to the point where they can be entrusted with management. One of the main reasons for this is that the expansion of the business field from the market for parent country to the national market has not progressed, and the global expansion has stagnated.
On the other hand, Japan has a unique "Japanese-style Human Resource Management" system, which has been the driving force behind the country's high economic growth in 20th century. However, there are not many examples of this system being smoothly implemented, and we believe that more and more companies are reviewing their HR systems and other mechanisms involved in their implementation.
We support the improvement of organizations and Human Resources to achieve business expansion by utilizing our extensive experience, knowledge and network in Human Resources Management in many countries. Our aim is not only to expand our client’s business, but also to enhance the growth, happiness and satisfaction of employees. To achieve this, we incorporate new Human Resources Management methods from around the world, while making the most of the hearts of "Japanese-style Human Resources Management” and provide hands-on support for the creation and establishment of systems that suit each company.
Through these activities, we aim to create successful cases in countries around the world and make the "new Japanese-style Human Resource Management" a model for the world in the coming era. We also aim to make people grow around the world and change the world as a result and have set this as our corporate vision.
