I am pleased to announce that my book, “Recommendations for New Japanese Style Human Resource Management for Global Companies,” will go on sale on August 30 (Friday).
I wrote this book with the aim of optimizing the Japanese-style human resource management that Japanese companies have long cultivated to match the recent business environment and to make all global companies role models in the global arena.

The first part is about the pitfalls and countermeasures of the current human resource management in the overseas subsidiaries of global companies. The second part of the book is a analysis on Japanese-style human resource management.
In the second part of the book, I deepened my understanding of Japanese-style human resource management through its transition and breakdown, then defined “Japanese-style Human Resource Management 2.0,” which aims to be a global role model for human resource management, by dividing it into systems, functions, operations, etc.
As described above, this is a unique book that covers a wide range of global human resource management, from practical situations and sentiments to academic theory, and from operational content to strategy and policy design.

Therefore, we have received recommendations from leading experts in academic, theoretical, strategic, and practical perspectives.

The book will be on sale at bookstores Japan nationwide from August 30 for 2,500 yen (tax not included). And I am planning to translate and publish English version sometime next year.
