ISSUES

  • The client designed the HR system and operations to increase the understanding and accuracy of evaluation results.
  • To increase the understanding and accuracy of the evaluation results, the client assigned the evaluation supporter below the evaluator, who writes down the events related to the evaluation as part of the daily employee activities and reviewed the operations in the direction of sharing with the evaluator.
  • Since the evaluation supporter did not know the evaluation system, its purpose, and the course of operation, the opportunity to understand the role and concrete activities of the evaluation was urgent, we started with a set of evaluation flows and

OVERVIEW

Although the new HR system was introduced a year ago, it was not until now detailed operation descriptions had to be implemented, so it was necessary to quickly explain to evaluators in time for year-end evaluation. On the other hand, a problem occurred in the business line and the work was busier than usual around management and operation, so the evaluator training would be to roll out what recorded the lecture to the evaluator and watch it at their own convenience. In order to be the first content in terms of talent management and evaluation, we conducted 2.5 hours classroom training in the morning for the evaluation supporters.

STEP

  1. Understanding of Current State and Direction (e.g. understanding the challenges and direction of the business and HR organization, understanding the new HR system and training materials, discussing the overall plan for the introduction of a new HR system)
  2. Arrangement of Details of Evaluation Supporter Training (discuss and decide how to conduct, update training materials, etc.)
  3. Facilitation of Evaluation Supporter Training (up to 20 x 3 times, 2.5 hours each)
  4. Arrangement of Details of Evaluator Training (discuss and decide how to conduct, update training materials, etc.)
  5. Video Recording for Evaluator Training (3 hours x 2)
  6. Verification of training effectiveness (e.g., tabulating questionnaires and test results, organizing areas for improvement for next)
