As a Global HR Consultant and Executive/Leadership Coach at GLS, I support organisations and leaders navigating complex workforce and management challenges.
My work brings together global HR consulting, local subsidiary support and coaching. This includes supporting the design and implementation of talent strategies, HR systems, succession planning and local talent development initiatives.
