Happy World Youth Skills Day!
One of the reasons I am excited about expanding TM HR Advisory & Coaching in New Zealand is the opportunity to support Japanese students who are looking to study, live and build their careers abroad.
Technical skills are important, but international experiences develop something equally valuable: adaptability, confidence and the ability to see the world from different perspectives. These qualities often stay with people long after they return home.
Our family is also looking forward to making New Zealand part of our lives in the coming year. As I think about this next chapter for my own daughters, I hope they will embrace new experiences, build friendships across cultures and gain the confidence that comes from stepping outside familiar surroundings. I believe those experiences will broaden their worldview and shape how they approach both their future careers and their lives.
Through our work in New Zealand, I hope to help more Japanese students do the same, supporting them before, during and after their study abroad journey as they develop new skills, broaden their horizons and prepare for the opportunities ahead.
