I’m excited to share that, since October 2024, I’ve been working with 株式会社ソレクティブ as Business Design Director.

The work has been especially meaningful because it sits closely alongside many of the workforce and HR challenges I’ve been engaged with for years across Japan and global organisations.

Sollective is building a platform designed to help companies work more effectively with highly skilled freelancers, while also creating an environment where independent professionals can build sustainable and meaningful careers.

As organisations face growing pressure around capability, agility and access to specialised talent, workforce models are continuing to evolve beyond traditional structures. This is particularly relevant in Japan, where demographic change and talent shortages are reshaping how companies think about work and organisational design.

I’m proud of what the team is building and looking forward to contributing further as we continue developing new ways for organisations and independent professionals to collaborate more effectively.
