On International Women’s Day, I find myself reflecting not only as a consultant and business leader, but as a husband and father.
My world is centred around four remarkable women, my wife and our three daughters.
At home, I see curiosity, resilience, ambition and strength every day. It is a daily reminder that opportunity, confidence and encouragement shape how potential unfolds.
In organisations, the conversation often focuses on representation, policy and targets. Those matter. But culture, sponsorship and everyday behaviour matter just as much. Progress is built in meetings, in feedback conversations, in promotion decisions and in who gets stretch opportunities.
International Women’s Day is a moment to celebrate achievements. It is also a moment to ask whether we are building workplaces where the next generation, including our own daughters, can lead without unnecessary barriers.
For me, this day is both professional and personal.
Let’s continue the work!
